About us

SoParCo was born in Parma from the merger of two real estate companies.

The founders’ purpose was to build a modern company with the target of a of high quality housing, direct to very demanding customers, looking for sustainable building and excellent design.

 

The experience gained by founders in 30 years of work and their curiosity in the research could immediately be seen in SoParCo’s works. SoParCo’s activity, moreover, has always relied on the professionalism of its employees and collaborators, for which the seriousness and hard work are now and ever, a lasting and distinctive prerogative.
